Returns & Refunds
At Hikecare, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and order cancellations are handled.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition as received,
- unworn or unused,
- with any original tags attached,
- in the original packaging, and
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item, and
- a short video showing the issue, where applicable.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If you would like a different item for another reason, you may request a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for standard refund processing, plus any additional time required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at our expense.
If the item is returned for any other reason, including but not limited to ordering the wrong product, incorrect size or fit, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to non-acceptance, non-collection, or an incorrect address provided at checkout, any resulting return shipping charges, service fees, or related costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
6. Order Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only before it has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, the order may only be handled in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team first at info@hike-care.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package.
Please include the following information when contacting us about a return:
- your full name,
- your order number,
- the email address used for the purchase, and
- the reason for the return.

Please do not send returns without prior return approval and instructions from our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We may decline returns where the item is not in returnable condition, including where it has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval, except where required by applicable law.
We may also decline returns for clearly personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
10. Relationship to Warranty
This Returns & Refunds Policy is separate from our Lifetime Limited Warranty. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to covered manufacturing defects under the terms of that warranty.
